We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Representative to join our team at RDTS. As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising and representing products from various suppliers to big-box stores in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise products, including facing, cleaning sections, and product rotation.
- Identify marketing opportunities through techniques such as cross-merchandising and mass merchandising.
- Install and maintain displays.
- Read and execute planograms during resets.
- Perform daily reports, including taking pictures of work done through our mobile reporting app.
- Maintain excellent relationships with store managers.
- Execute special mandates required by clients, such as audits and displays.
- Experience in merchandising and reading planograms is an asset.
- Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to occasionally carry and lift loads up to 15 kgs.
- Ability to cover your territory, with mileage reimbursement policy applicable.
- Ability to travel and sleep in.
