Job Description

Maplesoft Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our software products.
  2. Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects to ensure timely resolution and minimize business impact.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of our software products.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in testing methodologies and tools.
  2. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
