Job Title: Senior QA Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test procedures, as well as collaborating with development teams to replicate and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test procedures to ensure the quality of our web applications, games, and mobile experiences.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve complex issues, and to ensure that new features meet all acceptance test criteria.
  • Work closely with offshore QA testers to drive tasks and ensure timely completion of testing.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in software testing.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
