Job Title: Car Wash Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Team Lead to join our team at RDS AUTO SALES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment:

  • Wet/damp work environment.
  • Odours may be present.

Work Setting:

  • Commercial facility.

Supervision:

  • 5-10 people.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language required.
  • 40 hours per week.
