Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Venom Auto Detailing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective car wash operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in a wet/damp environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced car wash environment, outdoors, with exposure to dust and wet conditions.
