Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Venom Auto Detailing Inc. As a Car Wash Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective car wash operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

The work environment is wet/damp, dusty, and outdoors. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
