Senior Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

Job Summary:
The Senior Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the commercial banking segment. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the commercial banking segment.
- Develop and implement sales plans to maximize business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including identifying and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions to clients.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including conducting credit reviews and ensuring compliance with Bank policies.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Bank products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business or economics or work equivalency.
- Previous work experience of at least 2-5 years in commercial banking or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
This role requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as excellent sales and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts in the commercial banking segment and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Language Requirements:
The successful candidate will be required to be able to communicate in English, in addition to French, as they will be working closely with other groups from head office who operate primarily in English and will serve English-speaking clientele.
