Food Service Manager

Famstr Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of food and services.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Monitor and address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring seamless service.
- Establish work schedules, balancing staff needs with customer demands.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
