Food Service Manager

Crafted1885 is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control measures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys.
- Establish and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
