Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and management, to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
