Job Title: Restaurant Shift Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Team player with initiative
