About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Professional to join our team as a Budget Coordinator. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, training other workers, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, manage contracts, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Training and Development: Train other workers and provide customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and perform data entry.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Benefits

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
