Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at WM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with company operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Verify equipment is in working order, including tooling and safety mechanisms.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, performing daily maintenance and cleaning activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a heavy equipment operator.
  • Valid SIN and eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a shop or field environment, with occasional exposure to physical occupational risks and environmental elements.
