Job Title: General Construction Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit General Construction Labourer to join our team at K-W DRYWALL SERVICES LTD.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work at heights, in dusty environments, and in various locations
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • Work must be completed at the physical location
  • No option to work remotely
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Tight deadlines and overtime required

  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles required
  • Weight handling: up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
