Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Castlemore Homes. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the work site, including cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

As a Construction Labourer, you will work outdoors and underground, often in dusty conditions. You will be required to work at various locations, including construction sites and warehouses.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Work Schedule:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
