Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at The Framers Group. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
