Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure accurate ordering.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to meet business needs.

Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move around the restaurant to perform your duties.
