Job Description

The Cleaning Services Worker I is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and customers. This role involves cleaning and maintaining assigned areas, ensuring that all equipment is used and stored properly, and reporting any deficiencies or hazards to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to meet customer and client satisfaction.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is used and stored as necessary, and report any deficiencies or hazards to management.
  • Health and Safety: Follow Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policy, and report any hazards to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer comments or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to follow procedures, work independently, and lift up to 50 pounds.
