Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Arby's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our quality standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of our inventory, including stock levels and wastage, and take steps to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of our restaurant's operations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant environment.
- Tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties and safety procedures, estimating ingredient and supply requirements, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
