About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pink Bow Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on restaurant performance
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
