About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Municipal Infrastructure. As a key member of our Urban Development group, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded;
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success;
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to project team members to ensure their development and growth;
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new business opportunities and grow the company's presence in the market;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on municipal infrastructure projects;
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues;
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana;
  • Membership in professional associations, such as the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ);
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages;
