About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at NB Caregiving. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • First Aid Certificate and Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment and willingness to relocate
