  • Oversee departmental budgeting, resource allocation, and policy implementation, ensuring excellence in pharmaceutical care delivery and adherence to institutional standards and College of Pharmacists of BC regulations.
  • Champion quality and risk management initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the Pharmacy department.
