Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative leadership and strategic planning for the Pharmacy department, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and College of Pharmacists of BC regulations.
- Oversee departmental budgeting, resource allocation, and policy implementation, championing quality and risk management initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve holistic patient-centric care, driving advancements in pharmaceutical care and clinical excellence.
- Provide expert clinical guidance to the Pharmacy team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
