Director of Clinical Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Clinical Operations. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong focus on patient and family-centered care, quality improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to ensure quality, evidence-based clinical patient care service delivery within assigned programs.
- Collaborate with physician dyad partners to develop operational frameworks for staffing and service delivery that support patient-centered care, patient safety, and quality of care.
- Develop and manage capital and operating budgets that align with strategic directions and fiscal constraints.
- Provide leadership and direction for operational staff to achieve required outcomes and ensure adherence to accreditation, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Establish clear performance objectives and indicators to assess service delivery within designated clinical patient care service areas.
- Maintain a healthy and safe work environment through compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and implementation of required corrective actions.
