Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 4130880 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring our shelves are always stocked and our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Establish work schedules and manage cash, ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a bondable and secure work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the retail business or oil and gas industry is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient, and reliable, with excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
