Hydraulic Component Repair and Assembly Specialist

SunSource is seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical services to our customers, including building, converting, and repairing hydraulic piston pumps and motors.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Services: Provide technical services to customers, including building, converting, and repairing hydraulic piston pumps and motors.
- Component Repair and Assembly: Inspect and repair hydraulic components, including piston pumps and motors, to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications.
- System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose mobile and industrial hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Quality Control: Ensure all repaired components meet quality standards and are properly assembled and tested.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in repairing and assembling hydraulic components.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Ability to assemble and test power units, repair and convert hydraulic components, and troubleshoot and diagnose mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.
- Training: Completion of Hydraulics 100 and 200, Troubleshooting (Outside Service Technician), AMCA Training, Commercial Gear Training, Danfoss Product Training, Hydraulics 101, Vickers Product Specialist Training, Danfoss Product Specialist Training, and Char-Lynn Product Specialist Training.
