About the Role

This position involves both a competitive salary and variable commission/bonuses with unlimited earning potential. As an Insurance Sales and Service Advisor, you will receive a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses based on your performance. You will also have access to health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing leads: Identify potential customers and develop strategies to convert them into paying clients.
  • Scheduling appointments: Coordinate meetings with customers to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Providing customer service: Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Working with the agent: Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and provide support to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Sales experience, preferably outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to customer service.
