About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed insurance professional to join our team as a Certified Insurance Sales Specialist. This is a rewarding opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a career with excellent income and growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide exceptional service to existing clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Requirements
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain OTL/RIBO provincial license for Auto and Property sales as well as LLQP License to sell Life Insurance and Living Benefits.
  • Sales experience in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing roles is preferred.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • Ability to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing and potential clients.
  • Capacity to develop leads, network, and connect with people.
