Turbulent is a pioneering game development studio that pushes the boundaries of innovation. As a UI/UX Lead, you will be part of a talented team that crafts immersive and engaging experiences for players worldwide.

With a strong focus on user-centered design, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to lead our UI/UX team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience principles and techniques, as well as expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.

As a UI/UX Lead, you will be responsible for developing innovative UI concepts, collaborating with game designers and art directors, and mentoring junior team members. You will also oversee the development of UI/UX deliverables, ensure consistency across teams, and allocate tasks to team members based on their availability and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative UI concepts that enhance the player experience

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field
  • Deep understanding of user experience principles and techniques
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
