About the Role

The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive analytical solutions and tools, and for both standardized and bespoke reports from multiple data sources. This will provide HR and other Reward team members with the intelligence and data needed to make decisions related to pay governance and strategy.

The Senior Compensation Analyst will work with a good degree of autonomy on a diverse range of problems and data sources in support of the Consultants and Vice President. They will also work with colleagues and team leadership to identify and co-ordinate opportunities to enhance the overall efficiency of the Total Reward team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and undertaking analysis of market data on a global basis
  • Developing pay ranges to ensure competitiveness and statutory compliance
  • Managing survey vendor relationships and sourcing and analyzing market data
  • Providing analytical and operational support to the Compensation team
  • Partnering with other team members in the execution of the Annual Compensation Cycle

  • Proven strong analytical and quantitative data skills
  • Sound experience in Compensation and associated Data Analytics
  • Proficiency with HR database queries and knowledge of Human Resources functions or disciplines
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under supervision
