Job Title: Registered Technologist, CT

Humber River Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Technologist, CT to join our Medical Imaging team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT procedures in accordance with department protocols and radiologist instructions.
  • Operate various medical imaging equipment, including CT scanners and contrast injectors.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, obtaining consent and ensuring proper sterile technique.
  • Review and document exam results, presenting to radiologists for reporting via PACS.
  • Maintain radiation safety practices to protect patients, colleagues, and self.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Canadian Medical and Radiological Technology Board (CMRITO) in good standing.
  • Registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) preferred.
  • CT certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in CT imaging preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good teamwork and customer service skills.
  • IV certification required.
