About the Role

Leon's Furniture is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support with after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with product information, returns, and exchanges
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
