Procurement Specialist

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Job DescriptionAs a Procurement Student at PCL Construction, you will assist in all aspects of the procurement process, including Requests for Quotes, Purchase Orders, Price Lists, Reports, etc.
You will also help maintain vendor files, track purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and correspond with site personnel.
Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Procurement department, including scheduling meetings, issuing inventory reports, and maintaining records.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Enrolled in a Supply Chain Management specialization in a post-secondary institution, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong time management skills.
- Good with numbers and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Bilingualism (French/English).
