We are seeking an experienced Development and Technology Director to join our team at Electronic Arts Inc. as part of Foundational Tech (FT), the technical nucleus powering the acclaimed Battlefield franchise.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving continuous improvement of Agile development practices, and managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholders through clear and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for the team, including sprint planning, retros, backlog refinement, and more.
- Drive continuous improvement of Agile development practices within the team.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholders through clear and timely communication.
- Optimize team and development processes to ensure smooth running of deliveries.
- Build effective plans that deliver successful results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a scrum/project manager of technical deliveries and people management.
- Proven track record of leading on-time and at-quality deliveries from Agile development teams working in Jira.
- Seasoned in project planning, capacity planning, dependency and risk management, including mitigation techniques.
- People management, career development, and helping individuals grow through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
- Self-starter with a focus on building trusting relationships and experienced in building high-performing software development teams.
