Job Title: Assistant Store Leader

The Assistant Store Leader is a key member of the David Yurman team, responsible for driving sales and profitability goals while enhancing the brand's presence in the store and local market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and/or exceed sales plan and profitability goals
  • Partner with sales professionals to meet individual sales plans and KPIs
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to deliver sales budget
  • Lead sales leadership and client development on the selling floor
  • Support sales professionals in closing sales and facilitating special events
  • Maintain visual presentation and luxury environment
  • Coach and monitor sales professionals' accountability for client outreach and relationship development
  • Manage day-to-day activities on the sales floor and maintain presence to supervise staff
  • Oversee store opening and closing, inventory, and repairs/returns
  • Partner with sales professionals in administration of special order requests
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4+ years of proven experience managing in a similar role, preferably within a high-end luxury accessories boutique
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Language skills (Spanish) are a plus
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
