Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, and as a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will also be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
