Job Summary:

Innivec, a leading innovative solutions provider, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Corporate Sales (Eastern Region) to drive our corporate sales initiatives in the Eastern region of Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy for the Eastern region that aligns with the company's business objectives.
    • Lead and manage the corporate sales team in the Eastern region, setting performance targets and ensuring they are met.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Innivec's corporate client base in the Eastern region.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
  3. Revenue Growth:
    • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales plans and strategies tailored to the Eastern region.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are achieved.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor the corporate sales team in the Eastern region, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to succeed.
  5. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats specific to the Eastern region.
    • Develop and implement strategies to address market challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the Eastern region.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
    • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer relationships and sales processes in the Eastern region.
  7. Sales Operations and Reporting:
    • Oversee the development and execution of sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the Eastern region.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  8. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall business success.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales strategy, and team management, preferably in the Eastern region.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the Eastern region to meet with clients and support sales activities.
