About the Role
Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
