About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Amax Leather Canada Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of work completed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work, and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Establishing Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
