About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Amax Leather Canada Ltd. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
  • Logistics Management: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, including dispatching personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports, and document work completed to ensure accurate records and compliance with regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
