Job Summary

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to oversee the movement of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Task Organization: Prioritize and organize tasks to achieve work objectives, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Logistics Oversight: Monitor and control the operational logistics of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Review and revise the type and quantity of materials required for production, construction, and other projects, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Work Order Tracking: Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supply Chain Monitoring: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports, analyzing data to inform logistics and supply chain decisions.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
