Restaurant Manager Job Description

Soul Restaurants Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, plan and organize daily operations, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, cost products and services, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
