Change Management Professional for Digital Transformation

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Professional to lead our digital transformation initiative. This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your expertise in organizational change management to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective change management strategies to ensure a seamless transition to our new Microsoft Dynamics platform. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing training materials, and conducting readiness assessments to gauge the organization's preparedness for the change.
As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address resistance points, develop communication plans, and track progress against metrics such as user engagement and system adoption levels. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply will be invaluable in driving this project forward.

Key Responsibilities- Design and implement effective change management strategies to ensure a seamless transition to the new Microsoft Dynamics platform
