Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Tammy Segriff - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a key role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Marketing and Sales: Work with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing and executing plans to increase sales and revenue.
- Sales Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactive in problem-solving and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to meet sales and customer service goals.
