Outbound Call Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Call Specialist to join our team at Eric Gruscyk - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Complete various projects in conjunction with the Agency contact coordinator
  • Call warm leads to determine next steps for quoting

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
