Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Eric Gruscyk Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our clients and providing them with personalized insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our agents to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Use a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide them with expert advice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Successful record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with various types of insurance plans.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide them with exceptional customer service.
- Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service.
- Property and Casualty license preferred, but not required.
- Prior sales experience a plus.
