RhynoCare, a prominent healthcare partner, is seeking an experienced X-Ray technologist to lead CT scanning operations in our state-of-the-art facility. We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $50-$60 per hour based on experience and location.

Job Description

As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for providing clear images to physicians through precise CT scanning techniques. Your duties will include:

  • Following physicians' instructions accurately
  • Explaining procedures to patients in a clear and concise manner
  • Selecting software options and imaging parameters on the MRI machine
  • Viewing images from the imaging session
  • Maintaining records of reports

In this role, you will work closely with radiologists and medical staff to ensure patient comfort and safety while maintaining technical competence as required by regulatory bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must be eligible for CMRITO licensure by spring 2025. You should possess demonstrated knowledge of all radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, photographic techniques, pathology, and record-keeping practices.

  • Proven ability to operate varied X-Ray and ancillary equipment to provide high-quality diagnostic images
  • Ability to perform IV insertions and inject CT contrast
  • Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess requests and prioritize them to ensure excellent patient care
  • Adaptability to emergency situations and ability to follow standard work procedures

You should also be able to work all shifts on short notice, take stand-by calls, and be on site within 30 minutes when required.
