Job Description

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist at Kindred Hospital Ontario, you will be responsible for preparing patients for X-ray procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety during the examination. You will also be required to follow prescribed techniques in administering general and specific X-rays, determining technique for ionizing radiation during radiologic exams, and developing film in accordance with photographic techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Completion of ARRT accredited program
  • The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration
  • Current CPR certification
  • State certifications/licensure as required by the state in which employed
  • One year experience in diagnostic imaging
