We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TANDOORI INDIAN GRILL & LOUNGE. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
